APS has aggressively entered the Real Estate market by evaluating its portfolio to determine which properties should be sold and which should be developed to raise additional monies for new school projects for its growing population. APS will be selling and leasing, as well as partnering with developers to build new, mixed-use projects.
APS's current real estate portfolio includes 135 school sites and a land bank.
