| joined APS in 2006 as a Construction Manager for Facilities Design & Construction. A registered Professional Engineer in New Mexico, he holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Montana State University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of New Mexico. Mr. Miller previously served 28 years as a civil engineer with the federal government. The most recent 12 years he was Group Leader for Structures, Tramways, Geotechnical and Dams Engineering with the SW Region of the Forest Service serving 11 National Forests in Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and western Texas. |
